There's no permanently free tier, but we offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged. The Solo plan at €14/month (or €12/month billed annually) is the lowest-cost entry point.

Yes, and it's double-sided. Every account gets a personal referral link (under "Refer & earn" in the app). The person you refer gets 25% off their first 3 months, and when they convert to a paid plan we automatically credit you a free month of your own plan (a minimum €25 credit) — no cash payouts, no catch. Monthly billing gives you full flexibility — pay month to month and cancel any time. Annual billing locks you in for a year and saves you up to 17% (two months free on Starter, Pro and Agency; 14% on Solo).

When you sign up, send us your existing report templates as PDFs and our team will rebuild them inside CrunchJunkie for you — connected to your live data. Solo gets 1 report rebuilt, Starter gets 5, and Pro/Agency plans get 15. This is a one-time service included with your subscription.

Your choice. Managed AI is the simplest: we run the scans for you on an included monthly allowance — nothing to set up, one predictable bill. Or bring your own key (BYOK) from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another provider — that stays free on our side and you pay the provider directly at cost, with no markup. You can start on Managed AI and switch to your own key anytime.

All plans include all integrations: Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Merchant Center, Matomo, Piwik PRO, Google Business Profile, and Search Console. No per-connector fees.

Yes — upgrade any time, billing adjusts pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

No. All prices shown are net and exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your location and tax status. We're a German company (Tiki-Taka Media GmbH), and EU business customers with a valid VAT ID may qualify for the reverse-charge procedure.

OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest, and accounts can enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Data is tenant-isolated at the database level. Scale plans can sign a custom DPA and add SSO (SAML/OIDC) on request.
