Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Overview

This page explains how to delete the data CrunchJunkie holds about you, including data imported from connected advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and others. You are always in control of the data you connect and can remove it at any time.

2. Disconnect a single data source

To delete the data imported from one connected platform (for example, your Meta Ads account): 1. Sign in to CrunchJunkie and open Data → Data sources. 2. Find the connection you want to remove and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately deletes the advertising and analytics data imported through it, and the stored access token for that platform once nothing else in your workspace uses the same login: one sign-in can serve several connected accounts, so the token is deleted with the last of them, and a Merchant Center login also serves your AI Shopping catalogue. Reports that referenced that source will no longer pull data from it. To also withdraw CrunchJunkie's access at the platform itself, remove CrunchJunkie in that account's settings (for Meta, see section 3). For Peec AI, that is everything imported from Peec for that client: the AI answers with their sources and the brands they name, Peec's visibility figures (overall and per tag), the fan-out queries and the prompts imported from Peec, together with the analyses built from those answers. A prompt that CrunchJunkie's own scans also ran, or that a content brief was made from, stays; a content brief stays without its quotes from Peec answers. Most imports are deleted at once; a very large one takes a few minutes, during which the source shows as "Removing", nothing more is imported through it, and reports show the client's own scans only.

3. Revoke access at Meta

You can additionally revoke CrunchJunkie's access from Meta's side at any time: • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select CrunchJunkie → Remove. Once access is revoked, the previously issued token can no longer be used. The data source then shows as needing to be reconnected, and the token is removed from our systems when you disconnect it as described in section 2.

4. Delete your entire account

To delete your CrunchJunkie account and all associated data — including your profile, every connected data source, imported metrics, clients and reports — email hello@crunchjunkie.io from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, invoice data retained to meet German commercial-law obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy).

5. Questions

For any data-deletion question, contact hello@crunchjunkie.io. This page serves as CrunchJunkie's Data Deletion Instructions for the purposes of platform app reviews, including Meta.
