White-label & branding
Put your agency's logo on shared reports and PDFs, and remove CrunchJunkie branding.
What white-label does
On white-label plans, every client-facing report — both the shared web link and the exported PDF — drops CrunchJunkie branding and shows your agency's own logo and name instead. The cover, the per-page footer, the "Prepared for … by …" line and the footer credit all use your workspace branding, so the client only ever sees your agency.
White-label is included on Starter, Pro, Agency and Scale. Custom domain (serving shared reports from your own web address) is available on Pro and above. On the Solo plan and during a workspace's free period, reports keep a small "Reporting by CrunchJunkie" credit.
Set your workspace branding
Open Settings → White-label and set:
1. Workspace name — the agency name shown on client-facing report covers, e.g. "Prepared for [client] by [your workspace]". Edit it here at any time.
2. Logo — upload your agency logo (PNG or SVG works best). It appears on the report cover, the print footer, and in place of the CrunchJunkie mark. You can also fetch it straight from your own website instead of uploading a file.
3. Accent colour — your brand colour, used for highlights in the white-labelled output.
4. Custom domain (Pro+) — enter the domain you want shared reports to live on.
Only workspace owners and admins can change these. Changes apply to new shared links and PDF exports immediately — reopen a share link or re-export a PDF to see them.
Per-client logos and brand colour
Branding works at two levels. Your workspace logo white-labels the whole report (cover and footer). Each client can also have its own logo and colour — set them under Clients → open the client. The client's logo is what appears in the report header next to the client name, so a report reads as "your agency, reporting on this client". If a client has no logo, its coloured initials are shown instead.
You don't have to source either by hand. When you enter a client's Website URL, CrunchJunkie auto-pulls a logo from that site, so a new client usually arrives already branded. For the colour, click "Pull from website" and CrunchJunkie reads the site to derive the brand's main colour (from its theme-color tag, brand CSS variables, or the most prominent non-neutral colour in the page). It picks a single accent colour and skips near-white, near-black and grey, so you get a usable brand colour rather than a background shade. Both are editable, so you can always override what it finds.
Hide branding on a single report
White-label is usually workspace-wide, but sometimes you want one report to carry no agency branding on its cover at all — a raw data share, or a report going to an internal stakeholder. Open the report and turn on "Hide workspace branding on cover": the cover then drops your workspace logo and name for that report only, without changing your workspace-wide white-label settings. Everything else about the report is unaffected.
What your client sees
Open any shared report link (or export a PDF) while on a white-label plan and you'll see your logo on the cover, your name in "Prepared for [client] by [your agency]", your logo in the repeating page footer, and no CrunchJunkie credit anywhere. Password protection, AI summaries and live data all work exactly the same — white-label only changes the branding, never the content. If you ever see CrunchJunkie branding on a paid plan, confirm the workspace logo is set under Settings → White-label and that the report was opened/exported after it was saved.
